Opposite the Mont Blanc range, the village resort of Combloux in Haute Savoie was the first in Europe to have a 100% natural, ecological swimming lake.
The principle is simple: the water which comes from a spring and a glacier is filtered by the aquatic plants that live in the lake and heated by the sun and the stone.
