Jean-Jacques the cook, Eric and Patrick are never late for a project or a new idea. When they bought this beautiful and ancient stone country-house between Crest and Montélimar, they made a cosy cocoon with attractive (and very spacious) rooms charmingly decorated.

Jean-Jacques, in the kitchens, has rapidly made his table d’hôte become a famous address. Organic fruits and vegetables most often coming from the kitchen garden and orchard, free-range poultry and goat cheese from local producers, chocolate Valrhôna, the ultimate for desserts …

But the project of a Spa kept turning in the heads of these escapees from the city, who know what comfort and well-being mean. It is done now.

All around the heated swimming pool with its beach with spa bath, fine sand and palm trees one can truly relax. Before going to the Jacuzzi, ideal after a day of bike rides in the vineyards or after the assault of perched villages, the complete weight bench, rower, treadmill and to end, a beneficial massage.

All year long, one can discover the exceptional surroundings of the Prieuré des Sources with theme weekends each one more exalting than the next.
