There is no inevitability as regards the environment. Richard and Nathalie Kozik who decided to change their life four years ago and devote body and soul to their beautiful 18th century farm which they transformed into a holiday cottage, know it better than no one.

With no feelings of regret, because the environment is at the heart of all the owners concerns. The farm was completely renovated with local products. Rainwater is recovered to water the garden; the boiler works with wooden granules; and stone, wood and hydraulic lime have been used for the construction which isolates the house. As a result, it is comfortable during summer and winter and at a lower cost.
Special mention for the swimming pool. A natural electrolysis system means that no water treatments are used, and it is heated by the roof which filters the UV radiation and only keeps the infrared radiation. Efficient!
Recently, a new room baptized Finland has been fitted out as well as an outdoor Spa. One can better understand why tourists, coming from the North and local companies who organize seminars, swear by this extremely attractive Bicycle .
