Mountains in winter, means ski and every kind of snow sports, a lot of ski, but not only ski. In Les Arcs, one makes one’s first track of the season, but at night, one can go to the cinema to attend the projections of the 1st Festival of European Cinema which will open on December 5th.
An anthology of diversity which should allow both film buffs and mountain lovers, and everyone else, to discover all the talent which is sure to be present.
In the heart of one of the most beautiful skiable domain in the world, more than ten thousand spectators are expected to attend about one hundred and twenty shows, in the presence of more than five hundred guests from the world of cinema.
Five great European films will be presented in preview and ten full-length films will be in official competition to receive the Crystal arrow. One will also be able to see European films which have won prizes in their own country. Off, there will be evenings, animations, concerts and DJ’s at the decks. One exceptionnal week!
In Tignes and Val d’Isère, the glacier of La Grande Motte has closed hardly one month. On the Espace Killy, one can ski before and after everyone!
Lovers of charming resorts, on ski, will explore the bottom of the giant Paradiski valley by discovering Landry, Peisey, Nancroix, Vallandry and Plan-Peisey, the Savoyard villages which cultivate the alpine lifestyle on the sunny side of the Arcs range. There is something for everyone’s’ tastes.
