Nineteen years now that World Championships of Snowboard and Ski induce impatience in all the snow sports fans who ardently wait for Halloween holidays to take advantage of the first snows. Replaced this year by the Rock One Snowboard Tour, it claims to be even greater!

Snow sports lovers are invited to do real laps by the equipment manufacturers. More than twenty brands will be present and there will be more than one thousand boards to test. True happiness in a resort which counts 30 % of snowboarders among its snow sport enthusiasts, and which has always given them consideration and made the practice easier for them. The specialized publications such as Snowsurf and Snowtime will be by the manufacturers side to advise testers.

And to complete the festival, long-awaited competitions will be organized. Rider Hero ; a non professional contest on the famous Snowpark in 2 Alpes which will appoint the new rockstar of the snowboard; Rec your band , a video contest; a best trick Rail Guitar and the famous Awards Ceremony which will reward the best riders of 2009.

And finally, snow sports, snow sports and again snow sports. At all levels to celebrate the return of the snow during a whole week !
