In summer as in winter, one can profit from the outdoor swimming pool also heated to 32°C and enjoy the slow river and its animated alveoli. Then, take over the Carpe diem space with hammam, sauna, fun showers and the14°C cold water well (not compulsory, but it is incredible how good it feels!) and fitness area.

What makes the originality of Iléades, is that there is a real Spa, with numerous à la carte treatments which are added to all this beneficial equipment. Theme packages are also proposed over several days and a Solo and Duo privilege area, for those looking for more privacy.

This center, unique in its kind, has been inspired by already existing realizations in the North and East of France, but here, in a soothing décor which inspires travel, the famous Montrond-les-Bains thermal water is used, a little marvel drawn from 502 metres deep (the deepest spring in the world) and whose properties do miracles on digestive problems, excess weight, stress and fear. It is a blessing!
