Magnificently situated between Lake Geneva and the mountains of Jura, the town of Divonne has everything to please. But lovers of elegant old houses will particularly like the Château de Divonne, carefully restored at the beginning of the 19^th century which has kept its magnificent parquet floors, its romantic frescoes and everything that makes up its charming faded beauty. The chef Eric Manent took over the kitchens since November 2006, after a passage in quite renowned restaurants of the Côte d’Azur. He successfully cooks regional products, but does not hesitate to give them a small point of a southern accent.

Moreover, he likes to recommend that his customers follow a cooking course in the Coulisses Gourmandes , of Dominique Roué, starred chef from the Michelin guide and who likes to pass on his knowledge to all the refined food lovers who have chosen Divonne.
